The Federation of Pinnacle Isle is a massive, safe nation, ruled by Oswaldo Cezar with an iron fist, and renowned for its closed borders, anti-smoking policies, and smutty television. The hard-nosed, cynical, humorless, devout population of 3.572 billion Pinnacle Isleans are ruled without fear or favor by a psychotic dictator, who outlaws just about everything and refers to the populace as "my little playthings."

The large, corrupt, moralistic, well-organized government juggles the competing demands of Defense, Law & Order, and Administration. It meets to discuss matters of state in the capital city of Moze City. The average income tax rate is 59.1%.

The strong Pinnaclian economy, worth 275 trillion marks a year, is driven entirely by a combination of government and state-owned industry, with private enterprise illegal. However, for those in the know, there is a large, well-organized black market in Arms Manufacturing, Furniture Restoration, Retail, and Automobile Manufacturing. The private sector mostly consists of enterprising ten-year-olds selling lemonade on the sidewalk, but the government is looking at stamping this out. Average income is 77,134 marks, and evenly distributed, with the richest citizens earning only 3.6 times as much as the poorest.

Entire provinces are populated solely by nuclear missile technicians and military police, moonshine has made a resurgence, convicted conmen and fraudsters often leave prison to enter a career in politics, and art criticism in Pinnacle Isle is scathingly destructive. Crime, especially youth-related, is totally unknown, thanks to a very well-funded police force and progressive social policies in education and welfare. Pinnacle Isle's national animal is the eagle, which is also the nation's favorite main course.

Pinnacle Isle is ranked 44,653rd in the world and 88th in The League for Highest Foreign Aid Spending, scoring 682.01 on the Clooney Contribution Index.
